If you are a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online organization, Microsoft created a mobile application that allows a system administrator to manage Dynamics CRM users and the environment from their phone. The app is free and can be downloaded from the phone’s app store.
To download the app, search for “Office 365 Admin”. Select and install the app.
The app has several key features that allow a system administrator to manage their Dynamics CRM environment when a computer is not accessible. Upon logging into the app, the home screen provides a quick glance of unlicensed users, the health of the applications in use through Office 365, the number of unread messages and the number of active support tickets. Navigate to the various areas of the Office 365 portal by clicking the Main button in the top left of the screen and selecting an area from the list.
