After more than 21 years of running a highly specialized association management software and technology consulting company, Lee is now focused on managing and growing a consulting practice at RSM US, a leading audit, tax, and management consulting firm providing professional services to industry-leading nonprofits and associations. Lee has spent his entire career focused on implementing and supporting sophisticated, vertical market application software. Lee began serving the non-profit market in 1994 and has since worked with over 250 non-profit organizations. Lee is focused exclusively on the tax-exempt sector, leading a diverse professional services team implementing several widely used nonprofit and AMS platforms, including ASI's iMIS Engagement Management System, the Salesforce-based Nimbleuser AMS, and also providing services for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Lee is a longtime member of NYSAE and ASAE and, has served on many non-profit industry committees advisory councils, and has participated in many industry events as both a speaker and coordinator of educational programs. Some of Lees specialties include non-profit database applications, membership management, donor management, full event life cycle applications, website management, hosting, association management software, program promotion and marketing, executive training, community and cultural center software, resource scheduling, conference scheduling and logistics. Lee is a former board member of The Guide Dog Foundation and America’s Vet Dogs. One of Lee’s proudest achievements was his involvement in the initial formation of NiUG, the International iMIS User Group. Lee has been very active in the iMIS community and C Systems was for many years regarded as the largest Authorized iMIS Solution Partner (AiSP). C Systems is a multi-year winner of ASI’s AiSP of the Year award, an achievement that is the result of the work of a large number of dedicated and talented C Systems’ staff. While at C Systems Lee also partnered with Aventri, an industry leading SaaS based event and conference management platform and delivered the platform to a global client base in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
