How canvas apps can be leveraged in the BPS industry

Then once back online, data is seamlessly synced to Microsoft Dataverse. Offline mobile profiles in canvas apps manage data access and synchronization when the device is offline. These profiles specify which data should be downloaded and stored locally on the device.
