Our Three (3) Phase Process
- Phase 1 – Preparation: Address key business, governance, technical, and project management prerequisites and coordination, while ensuring that the people, processes, and toolsets are onboarded to facilitate a data-centric and value-rich assessment.
- Phase 2 – Execution: Launch designated discovery tools, review data, and conduct interviews to establish mutual understanding of current state and future state desires (this includes the client’s selected items from the workstreams listed above).
- Phase 3 – Finalization: Consolidate and formulate key findings and recommendations, develop deliverables, and tear down or decommission any pertinent discovery systems, toolsets, or admin access. RSM will present the assessment and submit readout documents.
