Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce – Ste. Michelle Wine Estates story

Microsoft recently announced a new commerce platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. Built on Microsoft’s retail solution, this new commerce platform delivers a complete omni-channel solution unifying the back-office, in-store and digital experiences. RSM, a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold Partner recently helped Ste. Michelle Wine Estates go-live as the first on the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solution.

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates has a significant portfolio with brands such as: Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Crest, 14 Hands, Col Solare, Northstar, Spring Valley Vineyard, MERF, INTRINSIC, Seven Falls and Michelle sparkling wines among others.

The Col Solare brand (www.colsolare.com)  is one of the first brands to go-live on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. With e-commerce, traditional brick and mortar, and loyalty programs such as wine clubs — Ste. Michelle Wine Estates primary challenge was to get closer to its customers and needed technology that would allow them a complete view of its consumer.
