This year marked a turning point. AI is no longer optional. It is integral to the NetSuite platform.
The upcoming Ask Oracle assistant allows users to ask natural-language questions and receive real-time, actionable answers, removing the need for saved searches or custom reports. To integrate with your existing AI toolset, Oracle has launched and will continue to expand what LLMs can connect to NetSuite using MCP.

During SuiteWorld, RSM presented a session led by Bharat Chandu showcasing the NetSuite AI Agent for Microsoft Copilot. This solution enables users to interact with NetSuite directly through an AI agent within Microsoft Copilot.
Users can perform tasks such as running searches, creating or updating records, and automating approvals, all without needing to open NetSuite. With access available through Microsoft Teams or a web browser, this AI agent significantly simplifies day-to-day workflows and illustrates how practical, user-focused automation can drive business efficiency.
What’s Next for NetSuite Users
Many of the features announced at SuiteWorld are already live, with additional capabilities expected over the next 12 to 18 months. These include autonomous accounting, continuous close, expanded AI for warehouse and planning functions, and more tools to support automation across the platform.
