NetSuite SuiteSolutions Are Now Free

In Early 2019, NetSuite announced that they would be providing all SuiteSolutions to customers at no additional cost. SuiteSolutions are pre-built enhancements to NetSuite that address common business requirements. These solution accelerators are designed and developed by NetSuite to decrease the amount of time and effort required to implement or customize NetSuite.

Customizing SuiteSolutions

 SuiteSolutions are packaged as “non-managed” bundles. This means the code and customizations within the bundle are not locked and can be further altered to meet your unique business requirements.

To get access to a SuiteSolution

To access a SuiteSolution, an administrator can log a case with NetSuite support. When entering the case set the case

Set the Product Area to “Customer Service” and the Feature to “Account Provisioning”
