However, in the last week of August, RSM had the privilege of participating in an on-site training organized by Pennant Services, where they had a remarkable experience with a proactive client. With over 40 eager trainees, the anticipation and apprehension in the room were palpable. This blog post details our journey in partnering with a dedicated client and how their proactive approach made the transition to Sage Intacct a resounding success.

RSM’s engagement with this particular client began in November of the previous year, and the past year has been nothing short of a learning experience. Throughout this time, we had the opportunity to witness the client’s professionalism and unwavering dedication to improving their accounting processes.
