RSMUS.comStandard Dynamics GP Inventory Transaction reports and SmartLists do not include Lots or Reason Codes, but there are times that these would be helpful additions. To start, use SmartList Designer to create a SmartList using the view.
Restrict the Lot Number beginning with “RECONCILE:” because those are transactions that were created to back out those Lot Numbers that had been created when running the IV Reconcile Utility. You can find more on how to do this here.
As is always best practice, be sure to have a RESTORABLE backup in case something undesirable occurs and try this on a test server or test company first. Please use this view with caution.
