Whether you are running a calendar or other fiscal year end, December and January tend to be very busy times of year.
Microsoft has released a new version for Dynamics GP Modern Lifecycle, referred to as v18.4, in October of this year. This upgrade encompasses the incremental features and functionality from prior releases, and some new features as well! In addition, Microsoft has traditionally created a year-end update to support new IRS rules that have come about to support 1099 forms, W-2’s and other payroll-related updates. The 2021 tax and form update is expected in late November (exact date TBD by Microsoft). As always, your RSM Client Account Manager can assist to determine best next steps for your upgrade/update strategy, as ISV solution updates may release on a differing schedule from Microsoft’s.
