- Capabilities for Sellers uses Dynamics 365 AI to score Leads and Opportunities based on their likelihood of closing successfully. With Sales Insights, your Sales team can prioritize Leads and Opportunities they can win.
- Capabilities for Sales Managers (in Preview) gives Sales Managers real-time insight into their team’s forecast, actuals and pipeline. Managers can easily ask questions about their team’s performance using Dynamics 365 AI’s natural language search feature. Dynamics 365 AI’s Call Intelligence feature measures Caller and Sales Rep sentiment, providing both training and tactical opportunities for your organization.
