By - December 10, 2013

Microsoft has definitely improved the functionalities of running Microsoft Dynamics CRM on tablets in their latest version, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. In this post, I will tell how you to configure or setup your users to start using Dynamics CRM on the tablets.

Step 1: Make sure you are an administrator that can configure CRM entities for “CRM for Tablets”.

This can be found under:     Setting > Customizations > Customize the system > select the entity you want show up on the tablet

Most entities will allow Dynamics CRM Admin to check off if the entity can appear on the tablets or make it read only. This setting applies for custom entities as well. There are some entities you cannot check off such as Campaign entity.
