One of the new enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is the ability to add an image to any record in CRM. On the Account and Contact form these are available for logos, contact pictures, etc. but we haven’t seen much call for images used in this way. However, I could see this instead being used as an easy way to show alerts such as a credit hold, etc. Images will also be very useful for products and custom entities delpending on the organization’s need. What do you think? How would you use the new image attibute?
