RSMUS.comA lot of my clients want to pull data into CRM from other sources without having to buy a third party tool and without having to be a programmer. Dynamics CRM has the ability to easily upload new data using the native import wizard and update existing data in the system.
A common need for this involves updating sales data that originates from a back-end system into CRM. There is a Connector Tool for this but if this isn’t utilized you can in fact easily update this data in CRM using native Export to Excel and Import Functionality.
