Project Overview:

In May 2022, a government project management team developed and launched GEMS 2.0, a next-generation investment lifecycle case management solution that integrates customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. Request for Information and Evaluation: Published detailed requirements and invited solution providers to respond. Following evaluations and references, four providers were shortlisted from over ten, and RSM was ultimately selected.
