I had a client asked me today if they could audit the user logon. I found this on the Microsoft CRM blog (which you should bookmark, along with my blog of course) that describes the steps to enable the user logon. This will be helpful with a report I’m currently working on to track CRM usage. There is already a CRM usage report (with a detail drill through report I believe) that came with the CRM Analytics accelerator here that was available for CRM 4.0 that you can use (even for 2011), but I’m working on my own SSRS report that will use FetchXML, so will also work online.
